Luscious Lemons

Today we picked our harvest of lemons off our lemon tree and they looked amazing.

We then used our lemons at after school care to cook some delicious lemon coconut slice. We read our recipe carefully to ensure we knew what process to follow, then we measured our ingredients and combined them all together. It tasted fantastic!
