This morning as a part of our self-care day we had a chat about what we can do to relax, and how candles may be a part of our relaxing. After this we got busy making a special lavender candle for our OSHC relaxation time. Throughout the process we had a constant conversation about the importance of self-care and ways in which we can look after our physical health and mental health. Once the candle was complete, we choose a special name which is lavy by OSHC and later today when we have some relaxation time, we will light our special candles for everyone to enjoy!! Great job everyone!
