Looking to enrol at OSHC? It is a simple process which we have outlined below. If you are looking for any forms not related to enrolment please send us an email at admin@mayfieldoshc.com.au and we will forward these to you.

Complete your online enrolment and download the following forms if needed and fill in all the correct details!

Bring your forms into the service or send your forms to the following address: admin@mayfieldoshc.com.au
We shall process your enrolment and update you when we have input and received all of the required documentation.
Fees
2026 Fee Schedule

​Before School Care 6:45am – 9:00am $29.00
After School Care 3:00pm – 6:00pm $34.00
Vacation Care Incursion 6:45am – 6:00pm $90.00
Vacation Care Excursion 6:45am – 6:00pm $99.00
Vacation Care Regular Session 6:45am – 6:00pm $82.00
Pupil Free Day 6:45am – 6:00pm $82.00
Additional $5 booking fee for on the day before and after school casual bookings
Additional $10 booking fee for on the day vacation care casual bookings
Please note all vacation care fees include breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. (excluding any special excursion lunches)
Cancellation Policy
This policy allows us to ensure all available spaces are offered (reduce waitlist), consistency with educators, and correct resources are available (including food).
To cancel any session without charge we require a full 7 days notice. Any cancellations after this point will be charged as an absent session ie. Cancellation of bookings for before school care must be made 7 days prior to the session starting or the full fee for that session will be charged. (To cancel a before school care session for a Monday the service will need to be notified before 6:45am Monday the week prior).
