After School Care - Confirming Absences

Parents or authorised nominees must notify the service of any After School Care (ASC) absences before the session starts via the Xplor app, phone, in-person, or email. A confirmation of the notification will be returned through the same means.

Please note that notifying the school of an absence does not notify OSHC. Parents may be charged a non-notification fee if the service has to confirm absences. If a child does not arrive as expected, the service will contact parents or nominees to confirm the absence. If whereabouts cannot be established, the police will be notified.
