We love baking at OSHC. Recently we made some delicious lemonade scones and some fresh whipped cream. It was a great opportunity to try baking something most of the kids had never tried to bake before. We worked on avoiding contamination by cleaning up as we went. It was so much fun watching our goodies rise in the oven, but not as much fun as snacking on them with raspberry jam and fresh whipped cream.
